the staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean every day with fresh towels and tea and coffee. the entertainment was a blast with loads of fun activities and awesome shows at night. the food was nice with a good varity, especially those big omelettes in the mornin. great location, only a quick walk to the shops and nightlife.
but the sunbeds were a nightmare to get, seriously had to wake up way too early. also the wifi was kinda weak in the rooms, making it hard to stay connected.

Had a good time overall, but the food was a bit repetitive, and the drinks service was slow. But the staff were choice and super friendly, eh!

Fantastic upgrades made a difference
Waking up to rejuvenating spa services was a delight. The friendly bartender rushed to help when I spilled my drink on the patio, making the experience lighter.
Check-in was slow and disorganized, and the repetitive food options left something to be desired. The WiFi struggled in the rooms, which was frustrating.

The pool area is a real highlight—clean, spacious, and no mad scramble for sunbeds. Plus, the tattooist on-site is super popular!

Food quality fluctuates. while there are numerous options, some days it was noticeably bland or repetitive, which might not sit well with everyone. The bar, while well-stocked, can have longer wait times during busy hours, and getting drinks can be frustrating then. The evenings can get a bit loud with entertainment noise, occasionally making sleep harder to come by. Accessing the dining area requires climbing a steep staircase, which could be tough for those with mobility issues. Finally, the pool can feel crowded during peak hours, especially in the afternoons, limiting the enjoyment of those looking for some downtime.
